Cannot get the TLE to download and import.

The issue is the web address change for celestrak.com

Fixed the issue. You need to SSH in to your Pi
1 - Edit the file /home/pi/raspberry-noaa-v2/scripts/schedule.sh
2 - Edit the line so it reads the following tle_addr="www.celestrak.org" and save
3 - From the terminal type cd raspberry-noaa-v2
4 - ./scripts/schedule.sh -t
5 - ./install_and_upgrade.sh
