No route matches

This issue is identical to the "resolved/closed" issue #404. However, I am not running Unicorn in my project, and a simple restart of my server does nothing to solve the problem.

My routes.rb file:

When I navigate to /static_pages/index, no problems. When I try to navigate to /static_pages/editor/index, I get the above stated error.
