Cascade Correlation Neural Networks - suggestion

Hello Jeff,
sorry for putting this thread into bugs, but I dont know where to put suggestions. Have you heard about Cascade Correlation Neural Networks? It seems like good alternative to common MLP (ANN). Main advantage is speed of learning. Consider, if CCNN should worth for adding to Encog.
