problems uploading the app on https://www.shinyapps.io/

I have a form created with the shinysurveys library, when uploading to the application it shows me the following error:
An error has occurred
The application failed to start.
exit status 1
what is the problem, since I use the individual widgets in the form it is uploaded to the server without problems

Hey, I also encountered a similar problem. I am not sure what caused your error, but in my case it was that I specified the path to some files using an absolute path instead of just referring to the files by their file name and assuming those files are in the directory where the app file lives. But check the "logs" section on shiny apps, it will tell you where the error happened.
