Some recommendations for future updates

Hello @jdtrat, thanks for this amazing package,
I'm using this package to take short and long surveys and I have some recommendations/questions that could make the package much better (in my opinion). I used to be a survey monkey user, which I believe sets the state of the art of surveys so indirectly I compare this package to the UI of Survey Monkey.

1. First I salute the new function hideSurvey() which I guess is going to be implemented in CRAN i the next update and it's nice to wrap the survey when the user hit submit.
2. Other survey apps like Survey Monkey have a Progress bar when you go to the next page so that the respondent knows how much left has to answer.
3. It will be useful to be able to insert a visible title and description for it section/page so that if I want to create a section/page about Healthcare questions I can put at the top of the page Healthcare and then a description: in this page are healthcare questions...
4. It will be also good to not only be able to insert types of questions in the survey body but also text and dividers like if I want to describe something in the middle of the survey I could insert a block type "descriptive text" which doesn't expect an answer.
5. Also I saw a user recommended the possibility to insert image in a question or imagine in every option, that will be awesome too.
6. Also a feature that Survey Monkey has is the ability to register incomplete answers like imagine a user left a survey half-filled so you don't want to loose that information. So the app is compilling the answer as the respondent is filling the survey. Currently {shinysurveys} I believe only registers the complete answers.
7. I don't know if this is a problem of shinyapps.io itself or my internet but when I enter my survey and left the page unattended it takes like 8 seconds to reconnect to the survey and if I filled some questions but didn't submit, when it reconnects all my answers are lost.
8. It would be amazing to be able to edit not only the theming color but the design of the survey. Maybe for future updates some preinstalled themes that change the look-and-feel of the survey. I notice that survey_env$theme renders a .scss file so I guess its about changing or messing around with this file.

And I think that's all I could think of. I would like to say that this package is really amazing and I can't wait for what future updates have to offer. As a bonus questions I wanted to ask you: what do you recommend to use if I want to mail my survey to 1000+ contacts through my Gmail? Do you use mailchimp, mailgun? Currently I'm using blastula to send emails through my gmail account.
