I noticed that changing DPI (with Xposed App Setting) leave AppOpsXposed icon huge.
Here is a screenshot.

Have you tried rebooting after that? This icon is injected into the app using XResources.addResource() which I'm assuming doesn't take into account the dpi set by Xposed App Settings. In that case, there's nothing to fix really.

Yes, the icon remains giant also after reboot.
(anyway I cannot test anymore at the momento: updated to Lollipop and waiting for a compatible version of Xposed)
