I want to learn SVG, and building an SVG image tool/editor would be a fun way to do that.

UI:

a "paintbrush" for each of the basic SVG primitives
a color picker
the ability load and save SVG files
edit the source directly

Framework:

a React-based SVG component library

jchitel added the fun project label
