migrate test to junit 5 #377

Now test are implemented in JUnit 4 with JUnit 5 vintage runner. It is better to migrate to JUnit 5

migrate all tests to junit 5
remove junit 4 dependencies
remove suppressing JUnit5TestShouldBePackagePrivate warnings
