About MessagesService.CreateMessage function, what is this function's timeout? #23

I want to know what is MessagesService.CreateMessage function's timeout, if there are some network problems, I want to send an alert, so I don't know this function's default timeout.

The underlying library is Resty. It's timeout is 30 seconds.
