Cannot compile a class that is just one hypen, ex. ".- {}"

hey I encountered this issue because I am making page-specific css, with classes that mirror page structure, but replacing slashes with hypens, so my index page's special class is '.-'. this is valid css; it works fine if you just write it out in css. it just seems that this plugin cannot compile it.
