HSI should not count as health #7

AS a gamer,
I WANT TO have my money separated from my health
SO THAT don't die so easily just after spend big money.

This game has a big skill requirement that is not friendly to first-timers.
Reason is that your currency is also your health.
While it is perfectly fine for pro-gamers, it is not approachable for casual players.
I suggest having HSI as the health+income indicator, and have CASH as the currency.

This will add some difficulty into balancing the game, but will make us better control the difficulty

I will also abstract hsi and cash from Game.js, creating 2 entities to represent them
