Hi,
It seems that the offcanvas with slide in effect doesn't work on iPhone 7 Plus in a landscape orientation.
The original example replicates the issue: http://www.jasny.net/bootstrap/examples/navmenu/.
This seems to be only restricted to the one phone only, and the navmenu magically appears when you rotate the screen to portrait and back to landscape orientation, so I suspect it might be a bug in a browser.
