Add minimize option and disable animation

Hi,

this is more a feature request. It would be super cool if it there would be a feature to say do not hide the sidebar entirely but minimize it to a thin icon bar similar to this fiddle example: http://jsfiddle.net/4dgaurav/YJB4q/11/

It would also be cool if there was an option to disable the animation so to just say do not animate the opening / closing transition, but just show / hide.
