Describe the issue and expected behaviour

Model gemma-2-2b-it failed to start. Model failed to start: Could not load engine llama-cpp: Could not load engine cortex.llamacpp: Could not load library "C:\Users\draga\jan\engines\cortex.llamacpp\windows-amd64-vulkan\v0.1.49/engine.dll" A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Jan
2. Start model
