Update nl_NL app translation for 3.10.0

Hi @henkdegroot, @jerogee,
We are getting ready for the 3.10.0 release. No further changes to translatable strings are currently planned for this release.

We would be happy if you updated the Jamulus software translations for nl_NL by 2023-08-20.

Please either update the translations on Hosted Weblate or use Git:

• Update your fork from jamulussoftware/jamulus main and create a working branch
• Update translations using Qt Linguist in your fork,
• Commit and push your changes and reference this Issue,
• Open a Pull Request before 2023-08-20

There is (was) not really much to translate, so I used Weblate for this. Once the strings get passed on by Weblate, I will check them in the app.

Silly me, I thought it was as easy to take the build from the weblate PR actions....but that is not working as expected. Most likely because it is missing the TS file updates into the QM files. Guess I just have to perform that manually but can still use the weblate PR.
@jerogee , you should be able to validate/check the NL changes in #3119.
