Add square brackets and cancelled label to cancelled entries

Red highlighting is best done in the CSS for any entry which has a cancelled status I will add square brackets and put a <label type="cancelled">CANCELLED</label> in them or similar.

Hold up on this: we will probably end up just using the rendition and the flag Cancelled.
