  2. Database Profiling (jc)
  3. Plotting functionality - basic (jc)
  4. App options (accuracy, delay rate etc) (jc)
  5. Conceptual Designs (aj)
23 Sep - 7th Oct
  1. setup repo on github
  2. write magnetometer test - check values and freq of the measurement
  3. save data : Phone: (timestamp, mag.|B|) GPS: (timestamp, GPS coords) Magnetometer (timestamp, |B|)
  4. get more tech details from STRaND
  5. data format ? SDK version ? interface ?
Additional:
  • compare data storage latency
  • profile code!
  • work out what are the things like sensorManager.MAGNETIC_FIELD_EARTH_MAX/MIN, RAW_DATA_X/Y/Z, and other * sensorManager feautres
  • understand android data formats
  • calculate angle of sun based on time and GPS coords.
