I am very interested in Tigramite but don't know how to add prior knowledge to the PCMCI+ and LPCMCI models. For example, if we have 3 variables x, y, and z and we already know that x(t) cannot cause y(t) but y(t) can possibly cause x(t). How can we put this piece of information in the code? Thank you in advance!
