Is there an option to generate webpages for empty pages instead of 404? #1765

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I often create backlinks to pages that I don't care to explicitly create / write on. So [[Page 1]] and [[Page 2]] might mention [[Page 3]], yet it will be empty / never created. It's tremendously useful for users to be able to go to [[Page 3]] to view backlinks (as well as to see a more accurate structure on the graph view). However, right now quartz will throw a 404 for those empty pages.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm hoping there's an option I can toggle. Otherwise some pointers on similar plugins etc would be helpful.

yeah we can probably create a transformers for it.

But will definitely need a link resolver to check for non-exist files (which could add a bit more overhead).
