A hash table mapping property names to values can be constructed by combining syntax-property with syntax-property-symbol-keys, and that can be asserted against with a #:properties argument. Another argument for the set of keys that are preserved properties would also be needed. If the syntax-e input expectation is a syntax object, these can both be derived from it.
