Certain MIDI mixers dont have a toggle setup and expect the software to implement it directly - a key point of this is somethink like the AKAI Professional MIDIMIX, where all the buttons are momentary and can only be changed from note->CC modes. they cannot be remapped as toggle buttons.

To help with this issue, I need the software to have a setting to convert momentary button presses of CC (mute, solo,etc) to a toggle state.
