Desaturate color wheel

Hi everyone. I'm using the Color Wheel with a value slider in a NextJS Project.
My aim is to limit the range of colors of the color wheel, having the color wheel desaturated ( eliminating color too bright and too dark ).

For example this website ( https://www.behr.com/consumer/colors/paint/popular-colors/colors-by-hue/whites, clickin on "Colorwheel Selection tool ) has the Iro ColorWheel desaturated with limited colors. How can I achieve the same results?
