Can you write a guide how to install tools necessary to use Agda in VSCode on Windows? The official documentation actually does not explain it well for use with VScode, it says to use emacs. Are you supposed to use emacs within VSCode to be able to use this extension? I downloaded cabal and the packages from Haskell, but when I run cabal install Agda, the build fails
