Some suggestions on improving the landing page:

Improve the appearance of the carousel or remove it entirely.
Rewrite the landing page text - it should be carefully crafted as it is the first thing visitors will see on the website.
Especially if the carousel is removed, include a picture like a collaboration meeting photo.
