Snap package

Recent snap build issues and the fact that we cannot build automatically snap for arm64 makes me thinking do we really need to spend time supporting it?

I'm looking for input from you and here are the options I see:

1. We have a Docker build so having snap looks kind of pointless as Docker is cross platform. Drop Snap support.
2. Transition from Snap to Flatpak
3. Transition from Snap to AppImage

At the moment I'm leaning towards 1).
2) and 3) will require assistance from someone with experience as I have exactly 0 experience with Flatpak / AppImage.
