How can I change the default version of 1.21.4

Hi for anyone here to help,

I tried to install a mc server on Synology using Docker. After I downloaded the Registry given in Docker, I found the default version is 1.21.4, but I need to change it into 1.21.1 so my MODs can run.

If anyone have any same issue? Or just me. If the solution was already written at somewhere, I am sorry about that but please tell me what to do. I need it ASAP

I'm not sure how Synology is, but there should a place to set the VERSION environment variable

I did found there is a variable called VERSION when I was creating up my server container. I was choosing Latest so it automatically installing 1.21.4. I recreated a new container noted the VERSION as 1.21.1 and it became 1.21.1
