请描述下希望实现的功能特点

这样用户登录后，会非常好奇，社区给它推了哪些信息，非常迫不及待的点开，尤其是有小红点的情况下，这时候就顺带推一下我们的社区介绍（包括 GitHub star、星球购买等等推广信息，或者给他提供一套完整的 PDF 可供下载，引流到楼仔的公众号）

请描述下期望实现的方式

点击带红点点的消息提醒，跳转到对应的宣传页面。
