user password change does not preserve client id association on edit user form

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit the password for an existing user that is associated with a client
2. the form submission does not keep the existing client id and instead saves 
it as '0' (system user)
3. client login will now fail to load page

What versions of the following are you using?
1. Kontrollbase: 309
2. Perl: n/a
3. Apache: n/a
4. Operating System and version: n/a
5. 32bit or 64bit system: n/a

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
