Fix tests that are skipped

There is some number of skipped tests, mostly related to file system that needs to be fixed.
The reason is that file system listing, from recent changes, has full URI (except the last part depending on slash or glob) as dataset name / source in rows of listing table, while for cloud providers we have always just bucket name. This is only but significant difference and some tests, as well as maybe legacy code, needs to take this into account.
