Tariffs calculation

Description
As a cooperation admin, I want to calculate the tariffs so that they can be approved by Cooperation general meeting

Preconditions:
The Admin is signed in the system

Acceptance criteria:

1. The tariff calculator is shown in the Financial section after the card “Тарифний калькулятор“is clicked.
2. Tariffs calculator is a tool for calculation of tariffs for membership of apartments owners in the Cooperation.
3. It is represented as a table with input fields for expense names and the value for each. At the bottom of the table, there should be the Total.
4. Above the table, there should be a dropdown list with the list of the buildings that are included in the Cooperation.
5. When all table is filled out and the building is chosen there must be the result of the calculation: tariff for the concrete building = total / total area of the apartments. The note should be shown near the result of the calculation.
6. Tariffs calculator attributes:

• the title “Калькулятор тарифу”
• the field with the tariff title
• the field with the сomment
• dropdown list with the list of the buildings
• the property size
• the field with expense item title (see mockup attached)
• the field with expense item amount (see mockup attached)
• calculation result
• button <Згенерувати > save the tariff
