Importing Exiobase hybrid misses the Value Added extension

When selecting extensions='all' while importing the hybrid version of Exiobase I do not see the Value Added extension.

See sheet "VA_act" in the file "MR_HSUTs_2011_v3_3_18_extensions" from with we are already importing everything else.
Of course I am referring to this set of files: https://zenodo.org/records/10148587

This should apply to both SUT and IOT version of the database.

I reccomend to add the extensions which present monetary units (i.e., first 7 rows) in the V matrix while passing everything else to the E matrix.
