I edited the script and repurposed it. We should get a reference on rod absorption rates and check against this calculation ... which I don't believe yet. Also, we might consider make a rodCreate just like we have a coneCreate/Set/Get.

We did a fair amount of work building up the CIE scotopic luminosity function (aka rod fundamental) from parts, so that we can vary lens etc. when working with rod fundamentals. I'm not going to attend to checking against this now, but am putting this placeholder comment here so that the team doesn't reinvent the wheel.
