About SLC workflow in stack processor and Phase correction

Dear ISCE developers,

I am processing images from ERS 1/2 and ENVISAT with formats (E1, E2, N1), with the intention to use Miaplpy and as far as I know ISCE does not have support for these formats, so I am trying to use a different software to create a stack of SLC images similar to what the "slc" workflow does in stackSentinel.py.
I wonder whether someone can point me where ISCE corrects the phase due to topography and flat earth during the creation of SLC stack.

The notion of correcting for flat earth and topography independently is a remnant of earlier days of InSAR when reliable DEMs were hard to come by. The phase correction occurs in one shot in the topo / topozero module.
