Automatically dismiss approvals when mark Draft PRs as "Ready for review" #1992

Feature request
In our workflow, approving Draft PR and a normal PR means different things. Approving a draft PR often means a prototype is deemed good approach for the actual implementation, and it doesn't mean "ready to be merged". So when click "Ready for review", we should make it easier to notify reviewers to look at it again.
A feature where existing approvals can be automatically dismissed upon "Ready for review" will be very helpful.
Current behaviour
When a Draft PR is marked as
Ready for review, all approvals remain.Expected behavior
