Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is just a feature enhancement and not related to any particular issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

If I have made changes to the PowerShell settings dialog that are not saved yet, there should be an indicator that there are unsaved changes. Typically, the indicator is an asterisk in the window title.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have to think a little harder to remember if I made changes or not 🦧

Additional context

It could also be good if (when clicking the save button 💾) that there was a textual indicator that "settings were saved". This is actually two requests in one 😁.
