Ampliseq digests primers #74

Looking through the protocol for Ampliseq it seems like the primers are being digested during the Library prep stage, after PCR. To quote the Ampliseq documentation: "Proprietary primer modifications allow the removal of primer sequences during library preparation for efficient target assessment during sequencing."
