Currently the behavior of Septapus I've seen is that it'll give links to avatars like https://cdn.discordapp.com/avatars/214009736532721664/e519adec555984ee5a9dccf5ec1a8574.png but these are mere 128px images. If you append the URL with ?size=1024 or ?size=2048 or what have you, it'll give the largest size up to that resolution. This should be the default behavior for a command what claims to return a big version of an avatar.
