During the code sprint, Ge (Jeff) Pu (@gp86041), Dylan Pugh (@Dylan-Pugh), Shelby Brunner, and Ben Adams developed a web front end for ioos_qc.

Is this something we should pursue?

BTW, PRs #71 and #75 will help move ioos_qc to the web by removing some big/compiled dependencies.
