Binned/Coverage

I think we can get away with two types of binned chart that mostly uses the same code. One dot... similar to how we see CNV charts with dots. One line the way we would usually see coverage graphed. They are really both representing some scale of Y with some particular bin representing the dot or line. Height of dot height of line.
