The manufacture id is added in zigbee-herdsman-converters 21.13.

This device will require the zigbee adapter v2.0 which is currently under development,ent or an external converter to add it to the 1.10.x adapter

As a fast hack,
i enhance for my iobroker the file "devices/tuya.js":

    fingerprint: tuya.fingerprint('TS0601', ['_TZE200_m9skfctm', '_TZE200_rccxox8p', '_TZE284_rccxox8p']),

After device remove and pairing the device works...

Now waiting for the regular fix :-)

Keep in mind that you will have to redo this patch if you ever reinstall the adapter before the version using the 21.x herdsman converters is out.
