Device "IKEA Styrbar" could not pair #2154

Following Device could not been pared, after several times:

Tested with Version 1.10.3, then updatet to 1.10.5

In both Versions no paring is successful.

Could be a broken device. Has happened before. Please test the device with a completely different system.
