Layout splitter not working > V1.8.4

Hello!
Since version > 1.8.4 right window is not enlarged to 100% if button pressed. So this button is not working any longer.
To change window width dynamically (left/right) with the mouse, mouse must remain within the limits of the vertical bar (something like two pixels).

With every slightly faster movement, the mouse loses its anchor point.

Tested with MS Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

I can confirm this issue. Same problem on my side.
The issue with change of window width is also on the configuration pane wich is located on lower side:
