[bar chart] january 2024 is combined with february #566

Describe the bug
For the bar chart January and February are shown as summed for January.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make a bar chart on month basis. January and February are combined.

Expected behavior
The entry for each month is display for that particular month.

Versions:

Adapter version: 1.7.2
JS-Controller version: 5.0.19
Node version: v18.13.0
Operating system: armbian

Statistics is not a job of a charting tool.
Why don't you use the iobroker.statistics adapter instead? (one place for one task!)
