Description
Issue
I created a new project from template RN(npx react-native init AwesomeProject).
I used the guide from the documentation for the integration with Android part.
I sent the following HTTP POST request to https://fcm.googleapis.com/fcm/send (via Postman).
I got the push notification.
Step to reproduce:
Dead state
Click on the notification message
App will open
messaging().getInitialNotification() return notification
Dead state
Click on the notification message
App will crash

React.useEffect(() => { messaging().onNotificationOpenedApp(remoteMessage => { console.log( 'remoteMessage caused app to open from background state:', remoteMessage, ); });messaging()
.getInitialNotification()
.then(remoteMessage => {
if (remoteMessage) {
console.log(
'Notification caused app to open from quit state:',
remoteMessage,
);
}
})
.catch(er => {
console.log('getInitialNotification ', er);
});
}, []);
