getmac.exe doesn't exist in Windows installation without the (Desktop Experience) #13

I noticed that getmac.exe doesn't exist on a Windows Core/Windows no Desktop Experience installation.

This prevents 'dhcp-forwarder-config-generator.exe' from running. It throws an error that it cannot find getmac.exe

I tried copying getmac.exe from a Windows Server with a GUI to the Core server, but getmac.exe doesn't work properly.
