Barcode scanner support for new stock item

When creating a new stock item, it would be really helpful if you could simply scan the QR Code of the location instead of searching the location.
For me, this would drastically improve my workflow.

@Beo-Coder I can see the appeal here - there are a number of form fields which would benefit from barcode scanning functionality.

Currently there is not an available framework for this so would take a bit of work to set up. Would you be willing to fund this?
