Inconsistent total records when moving between pages while searching for a record in the 'search people' section

When searching for a record in the 'search people' section where a number of records are similar to it, for example, a list of the same surnames totaling 203. If you continue the search to the next page, it takes one to the original numbers in the database, 120438. see attachment.

@njugunask @cloehr651 this is a known issue, and it was done that way to make the permissions work. Changing it will results to a lot of other work as it affects the permissions module as well. This will be done later on.
