Need to be able to deploy the stack without fuss

prerequisite actions
docker-compose.yml
Any specific Dockerfiles, environmental variables, other configuration files

I want to be able to clone this repository, maybe change some hostnames in 1 place, and docker-compose up and have the stack running

Wednesdays 9am eastern to make more progress

SHA256 instead of lastmod because they are equivalentish
