Wire up the UI

Wire up the demo UI including calls to text index to get the set of URIs that are passed to the graph, then presented to the user

Update:

• Configured and ran the full text index for the current graph. Doc on config for this are being done at: https://github.com/internetofwater/harvest.geoconnex.us/tree/main/user
• Fixed a few broken (stale) links in the test UI and have it working again. Just some older versions of the CSS and REST services library we use needed to be updated

Next will push out to the IoW server

Connect the mainstems query with the text "monitoring locations on the same reference mainstem"
