client->server:

alice.sendMoney is called
alice sends a last_claim BTP Message call, to ask Bob what his last received claim was.
bob responds from his store
if necessary, alice funds the channel and sends a channel call (not entirely sure yet what that does, but i think it's probably telling Bob about this payment channel.
alice sends a BTP Transfer call with the new claim.
bob stores the updated claim

server->client:

alice.sendMoney is called
nothing happens due to Implement plugin.sendMoney ilp-plugin-xrp-asym-server#11
instead, when bob.sendData results in Alice fulfilling an interledger payment, she maybe funds the channel, creates a new claim, and sends it in a BTP Transfer
